We have an opportunity for a permanent Administrator to join our friendly team working from our office in Stoke Prior, Bromsgrove. We provide maintenance and repair services to Fire, Life Safety and Security systems for our customers throughout the Midlands and the South West regions of the UK, utilising our team of in-house engineers and specialist sub-contractors.
Industry experience is not essential, however a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to use an electronic database are considered essential.
Role Overview
The Administration team provides end to end administrative support for our contract portfolios to assist our business in the delivery of service excellence for reactive, remedial and planned maintenance works. Responsibilities include initial call triage, allocating service jobs to the appropriate skillset based on discipline and contractual priority/response SLA, scheduling appointments with tenants, engineer diary scheduling and day to day management, work status updates to clients and residents, updating client-based portals, liaising with 3rd party suppliers service providers, along with internal customers to ensure calls are attended and resolved within a timely manner.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Able to work well independently as well as being part of a team
* Confidence in using Microsoft Excel with a good level of numerical skills
* Training will be provided, but we’re seeking individuals with drive, a willingness to deliver,
