Assistant Store Manager
Mooboo encourages experienced employees and store supervisors to apply for the position of store manager, who is responsible for the overall management of our store.
Branch location: Romford
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for beverage preparation, operation, sales, entertaining customers, and providing high-quality products and services to customers.
- Ensure the store operates effectively.
- Lead the team to achieve sales targets.
- Provide staff training and update the company's latest guidelines and codes to employees in a timely manner.
- Need to work on the morning shift, evening shift, and holiday shift.
- To be responsible for the daily store work, to monitor the environmental sanitation in the store to meet the hygienic level.
- Responsible for store scheduling and monitoring staff performance.
- It is necessary to order goods regularly and be responsible for managing the inventory in the store.
- Creating and managing the roster for staff members in advance and ensuring there is no last-minute change/absence.
- Working closely with the Operations and HR department
- Requires regular training and attendance at company meetings.
Requirement:
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Experience in food/beverage service industry
- Flexible to work in weekends
- Working hours can be matched with the morning shift, evening shift, and holiday shift
- Have good planning and organizational skills
- Good leadership and customer service skills
- Familiarity with food hygiene procedures, health and safety procedures
- Willing to learn.
