The Employer is: GAIGAI XIE.We are seeking a friendly waitress/waiter to join our team at Carrickfergus' new Chinese buffet restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience by providing 5 star service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast paced environment. .
Responsibilities
- Greeting and serving customers.
- Prepare and serve beverages.
- Collaborate with other staff to provide excellent service.
- Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Processing payments.
- Delivering drinks to tables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and work stations.
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation regulations.
