Builder Supervisor (105855-0124)

We’re looking to appoint a Building Fabric Supervisor in our growing Maintenance team. In this role you’ll be responsible for supervising the building fabric team and 3rd party contractors to ensure statutory, planned and reactive maintenance is provided to the university campus to agreed standards/KPIs. This will involve supervising and monitoring the workload of your teams to ensure tasks are carried out to the highest standards.
