The Position

They are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and enthusiastic Building Control professional to join their friendly, customer focused team. They are looking for someone who is seeking a long-term career with a leading private sector Building Control Company and who is keen to grow with the Company. Applications are invited from candidates who are part or fully qualified.

• A highly competitive salary (negotiable and dependent upon experience)

The person

Along with your professional qualifications and experience, you will bring with you enthusiasm, drive and a common sense approach to Building Control. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to secure repeat business and recommendations.

BSR Registration at Class 2 or above (or anticipated)

CIOB / CABE or RICS qualified

Location

Their offices are located in Leicester, LE9 9JJ, however, there is no requirement to travel into their offices on a daily basis if remote / home working is your preference.
