Building Maintenance Assistant

Full time Building Maintenance Assistant urgently needed to work in a temporary on-going position within Antrim Area Hospital set to last at least 3 months with a strong likelihood of extension. Duties may include general upkeep of hospital and other Health Care buildings, including the cutting of lawns, grass areas, hedges etc, with various types of mechanical equipment, you will also be required to carry out plaster patching and other minor building repairs as well as assisting other trades with general duties. The hours of work are 8am - 4pm with the rate of pay £11.67

What we need from you:

• Must have 2 years relevant experience and knowledge within Building Maintenance
• Assist other trades, both engineering, joiners and building, in the carrying out of their duties
• Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle
