Excellent opportunity for an individual with a varied background within industrial Building Maintenance to join a market-leading, international company.
The company are a well-established, highly revered manufacturing company in the Plymouth area with sites across the world that not only are renowned for the quality of their products but also for being a leading and progressive employer within the area. Due to growth, they are currently for a Facilities Engineer to join the team.
Within this role you will be responsible for the maintenance of the manufacturing site including but not limited to electrics, plumbing, pipework, carpentry, interior and exterior surfaces, painted and papered walls, tiling, concrete/block work.

The Role:

• Conduct inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance or repair needs, scope, source and procure materials for projects and repairs as necessary, ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, control of contractors for building / facilities maintenance
• Monday to Friday, £34,000 to £37,250 per annum + Bonus

The person:

• Experience in industrial Building Maintenance
• Level 2 NVQ in Building Maintenance Multi trade or equivalent.
• Formal training in carpentry, building, construction, plumbing, electrics or relevant building trade.
