This multidiscipline Property and Construction Consultancy are looking for a Building Physics (Intermediate to Senior level) Engineer to join their large team in their Winchester office. As a Building Physics Engineer, you will be part of a large and diverse team working together to bring innovative solutions for clients. You will work on prestigious projects from large industrial and commercial schemes with contract values over £30 million to smaller schemes, with the overall aim to minimise the carbon footprint and impact on the environment.
You will be exposed to many sectors and many cultures working with interesting clients including large retail companies, local authorities, Schools/Universities, contractors, and developers. What they are looking for in the successful Building Physics Engineer:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in Building Physics
* Chartered or working towards chartership.
* Someone who can hit the ground running.
* Building Physics/Services/Sustainability related degree.
* Great knowledge of IES.
* High quality oral and written communications.
