SalaryWe are working with an Engineering Consultancy that operates within the Renewable Energy & Real Estate sectors.
The Engineering team services includes: Feasibility studies, Surveying, Design, Project Planning & Management, Projects can include, but not be limited to; Surveying established property assets, providing advice to making property portfolios carbon neutral, M&E Design & project managing subsequent decarbonisation projects including Solar PV & other green tech.
As a result of growth, they are looking to recruit a, Mechanical biased, Building Physics Engineer who is interested in the growing area of Energy Efficiency. Building Decarbonisation & Sustainability.
Based out of an office near Euston & on client sites, you will be working with real estate clients, helping them design, project manage & implement decarbonisation strategies across their property portfolio.
The successful candidate will benefit from a commitment to training ( as required) including Conducting Non-Domestic EPC’s up to Level 5, Conducting ESOS Assessments, the use of Hydraulic software & the preparation of preparing GHG Emission reports.
In addition, they will receive a basic salary ranging from £45k-£70k (DOE) basic, 25 Days holiday, flexible working & Pension
