ATK Solutions have an excellent opportunity for a Building Services Consultant to develop as a M&E Asset Surveyor to utilise your expertise across a wide variety of sectors including Health care, Commercial, Education and Local authority buildings.
Please note, training provided for individuals with a property, construction, trades or Building Services background etc
About the role:-
- Identify, reduce, and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the surveying project
- Provide different types of asset survey, asset verification and asset compliance audits
- Reports formatted and sent on a survey template
- Producing technical and defect analysis reports
- Lifecycle costings
- Organise your week accordingly depending on workload, travelling to meet with clients
- Reports can all be carried out from home, with occasional meet ups with the team at head office.
- Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures
