Pick Everard's thriving Building Services team in Bristol are expanding and looking to recruit a Mechanical Engineer, who will have the opportunity to work on exciting new ventures.

You will work to ensure projects are delivered to the right scope of time, quality and budget. You will manage contracts, prepare designs and reports, liaise directly with Clients and Contractors and carry out building analysis and provide system design calculations.

This role will suit a Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) who has strong experience working on a variety of projects within the built environment.
Our ideal Building Services Engineer (Mechanical) must have:
- HND/Degree or equivalent professional qualification with knowledge of construction industry design processes and procurement arrangements
- Design experience with consultant or contractor
- Knowledge of engineering principles and current legislation e.g., Building Regulations
- Excellent communication skills, collaborative and self - motivated
It would be nice for you to have:
- Awareness of mechanical services principles
- Knowledge of H&S / CDM requirements
- Heating-, cooling- and ventilation system design experience, domestic water services design experience
- Mechanical design software experience
- Knowledge of specification writing / NBS Engineering
