SalaryI have had a requirement from my local authority client based in South Wales to onboard a Building Surveyor for a 6 month interim contract with the potential of extending further.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a similar role as Building Surveyor with a Local Authority or Housing Association.
- Experience working on planned maintenance/reactive repairs and predominantly working on commercial stock.
- RICS chartered is beneficial but not essential.
Job Details:
- Contract Length: 6 months+
- IR35 status: Inside.
- Location: South Wales.
- Rate: Negotiable DOE.
