A well-regarded multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Kent is actively seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to enhance their Building Surveying team.
The Building Surveyor's role
This role represents a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to engage in a blend of traditional building surveying and project management duties across a diverse range of sectors, including education, housing (both social and private), local government, property development, the Ministry of Defence, and conservation areas.
- A wide array of building surveying tasks, ensuring a versatile day-to-day job scope.
- Leadership in project management activities, steering projects from their conception to their successful conclusion.
- Working autonomously on specific assignments, demonstrating the ability to manage projects independently, as well as collaboratively within a team of skilled Building Surveyors.
The successful Building Surveyor will have?
- RICS accredited ideally, or equivilent years' experience.
- Project management experience would be beneficial.
- Good communication both written and verbal, with report writing skills.
- Experience within the public sector is desireable.
