Are you an experienced Building Surveyor or Project Manager looking for an opportunity to join a collaborative, specialist team working on an interesting variety of projects? This is a mixed surveying/project management role with a great package of benefits.
The company is an established construction consultancy operating across the country. They have a great book of work and are renowned for delivering a quality service to both public and private sector clients. Long term, as Building Surveyor you will enjoy excellent stability of work, great autonomy and working with a friendly, collaborative team.
Your role as a Building Surveyor will include:
* Managing 3 large jobs
* Client meetings
* Site visits
* Managing design team
* Building Surveying
* Project Management
The successful Building Surveyor will need:
* RICS accredited
* Degree in Building Surveying/Project Management/Quantity Surveying
* Post-Graduate qualification
* Consultancy background
* Experience in Residential and another sector
