This exciting opportunity is based out of their Exeter office, where the successful candidate will have the chance to immerse themselves in the vibrant commercial real estate scene of the South West.
The Building Surveyor's Role: The successful Building Surveyor will play a crucial role within the team, leveraging their MRICS qualification and commercial experience to provide exceptional service to clients. The Building Surveyor will be involved in a variety of projects, offering expert advice and overseeing the delivery of services that meet the high standards the practice is known for. This position not only demands technical expertise but also a commitment to maintaining the practice's reputation for quality and integrity.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must be MRICS qualified.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial building surveying, ideally within a consultancy setting.
- Proficient in delivering a range of surveying services including but not limited to building surveys, dilapidations, and party wall matters.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
