The West Suffolk Property Services team is responsible for maintaining an expanding diverse portfolio of over 400 properties that includes offices, leisure buildings, shopping centres, industrial sites, housing, parks, historic buildings and scheduled ancient monuments.
About the role:
We are looking for someone with experience to carry out the following:
- Managing planned and reactive maintenance and servicing across a range of properties.
- Compliance monitoring across a range of building types and occupancies.
- Procuring works, implementing repairs, and supervising contractors.
- Determining the condition of existing buildings, identifying, and analysing defects.
- Advising on energy efficiency, environmental impact and sustainable construction.
You will be primarily responsible for the day to day planned and reactive maintenance across delegated sites within our portfolio. You will also support the wider team in delivering project work associated with the development of new sites, refurbishment, and repair of a number the properties.
