SalaryTeqniq is searching for a Building Surveyor - Diagnostics to work in the public sector.
37.5 hours per week.
3 months contract.
08:00 -16:00
Job Description:
- The ability to diagnose building defects and recommend the associated remedial action.
- A surveying or construction related qualification (not essential).
- Organised and proactive - able to manage their own calendar and caseload.
– Social Housing surveying experience (not essential).
- Ability to produce specification of works using a schedule of rates.
- A good understanding of damp, mould and condensation.
- Office based.
- Access to pool vehicles
