Building Surveyor / Fire Technical Officer

Your new company
The services of Hays have been retained by our client, a large Housing Association based in Belfast, to recruit a Building Surveyor / Fire Technical Officer on an ongoing temporary contract basis. It is our understanding that this role will be recruited by the organisation on a permanent basis in due course.

Your new role
You will inspect sheltered, supported and general needs blocks of flats following Fire Risk Assessment to assess / consider recommendations, specify remedial works and post inspect.

What you\'ll get in return
This position offers an immediate start with the opportunity to work with a large Housing Association based in Belfast. You will be paid via Hays on a weekly basis for all hours worked.
It is our understanding that this role will be recruited by the organisation on a permanent basis in due course. As such, this could be a good opportunity to take up a temporary role in advance of this process and gain an insight into Association systems and processes.
