The Building Surveyor's role
The successful Building Surveyor will be part of a respected firm known for its commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. - Delivering a range of services with a focus on project and contract administration.
- Working closely with commercial clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Supervising and supporting junior members of the team, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.
The successful Building Surveyor will have?
- Ideally MRICS but not essential
- Preferably BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or a RICS accredited degree
- 2+ years of building consultancy experience
- Confident communicator- Both written and verbal
- Good understanding of project and contract administration matters (particularly JCT contracts)
- Strong written ability
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on a wide range of commissions
