You will have a Degree/Diploma in Building Surveying RICS approved.Responsibilities
You will assist in the provision of a full property maintenance service, including contract procurement, cost/budget control and in ensuring that the Estates Section of the Department implements and manages a full Health & Safety regime, for all properties for which it has a responsibility.The Individual
You will have experience in working with computers - Word, Excel, Autocad and Access with knowledge and understanding of dilapidations, condition surveys, contract administration and defect analysis along with knowledge and understanding of CDM, understanding client, designer and contractors’ duties and responsibilities, and knowledge and understanding of fire regulations and asbestos regulations. The ability to think clearly and logically and have a positive attitude to participative teamwork and have analytical/interpretative skills and problem solving approach is essential. You will have good written and oral communications skills, be creative and imaginative thinker and be able to work out with normal working hours, as the job demands.
