Building Technician (Painter)

Manpower is currently recruiting for a team of 6 Building Technicians (Painters) to start a project within student accommodation based in Headington from 29th Jan 2024. The project will last up to 6 months and could be extended and become permanent for the right candidates.

• You will be required to carry out planned, preventative and reactive maintenance within the department

Successful candidates will have a recognised H&S apprenticeship in a qualification buildings maintenance discipline, (NVQ Level 2, Record of CPD City & Guilds or equivalent) or qualified through proven significant practical experience in a building maintenance discipline, have the ability to work at heights or confined spaces and experience in other building services.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week based in Headington paying £15.85ph.
