About You
The Burger King Duty Manager will have demonstrated the ability to deliver exceptional service in a Retail Catering environment. They will have an understanding of standards required for Restaurant Visit Program (REV) and must hold ServSafe Foundation Training Phase 3. Knowledge of stocktaking, labour control and to contribute towards the development of hygiene, health and safety practices in retail is desirable. The deal candidate will have an ability to contribute to the development of venue standards with specific emphasis on team ownership and development. They will be a great team player with an ability to lead from the front, an ability to communicate effectively and a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
