Here at MAN Truck & Bus, we are looking for an experienced Bus & Coach Field Technician to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Although the role will be based from Bristol, travel is an essential part of the role and you will be required to cover our South region.

For a limited time, anyone joining the organisation in a Technician position that successfully passes their probation will be entitled to a £2,500 joining bonus.
Some of the activities that you will be involved in will include but may not be limited to:
- Resolve dealer and customer technical issues in the field, either by attending on site or providing remote guidance.
- Assist the Regional CSM team with regard to technical support issues.
- Assist where required in providing technical information and advice to both dealers and customers
- Provide technical in service reports as required.
- Develop and maintain an ongoing working relationship with the Swindon technical support department.
- Attend technical support update meetings and Focus Market Meetings, and keep up to date with current technologies and attend product and technical training as required
In order to be successful in this role, you will be a good communicator, great interpersonal skills, and have the ability to take on a variety of different workloads, planned or otherwise.
