Job Title: Business Adminand Customer Service Trainer/Assessor
Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel throughout the Newcastle area
Salary: up to £28,000 (Depending on skills and experience)
Type: Full Time, Permanent
Duties:
- Assess, coach and support a caseload of learners working towards qualifications in Business Administration and Customer Service up to Level 4.
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely assessments and reviews are conducted.
- Support learners to achieve Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2.
- Deliver a blended learning approach with the majority of delivery taking place remotely together with face to face visits only as required
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Criteria:
- Must hold a Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET) and ideally hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA)
- Experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in Business Admin and Customer Service.
- Must hold own Level 4 qualification in either Business Admin or Customer Service.
- Must hold strong Customer Service competency.
- Must be comfortable with and ideally have experience of online and group-based training delivery.
- Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel.
