Responsibilities
You will support the marketing and Product team and help update and improve product listings on AP Air's industry leading website. You will also be asked to analyse product offerings available from suppliers and see if there are any parts that would be beneficial to their product offering. You will assist with analysing product sales, and gathering and presenting information that will assist in developing the product strategy.
You will undertake and will be fully supported with guidance and on the job training throughout the length of your apprenticeship.
You will learn:
Monitor, report and analyse products to improve company performance
Devise product projects to enhance the image-making and profit-making goals of the organisation
Work alongside Marketing Manager to improve search engine optimisation across all sites in the Group
Occasionally assist with photography and uploading of new products on the company website
Providing support and communication tools to all other departments
Ensure information on websites is accurate and detailed and supports marketing/sales activity
Taking product data provided and uploading onto our website to increase product visibility online.
Administration
Keep files in an orderly manner where they can be accessed by the team
Additional
Assist with any special assignments / projects as requested, ensuring confidentiality at all times
Person Specification
GCSE, or equivalent, in English and Maths
Works well in a team and with a wide range of people
Proactive and able to take the initiative and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Be able to plan, organise and prioritise workload/workflow efficiently and effectively
Accuracy and attention to detail
High level of numeracy / literacy
Strong IT skills and use of Microsoft suite packages
Good organisational and planning skills
Ability to self-manage and work on own initiative
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiastic and conscientious approach to work with the willingness to learn
Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities
Business Administrator Training
During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as project management, systems & processes, business structures and so much more.
You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Business Administration Level 3 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships are an Ofsted Outstanding rated training provider and hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021.
The programme is designed to mould you into a high-level, all-rounded business professional. You will learn in detail about business communication, organisation, managing change, problem-solving & much more.
