Business Administration and Projects Apprenticeship - Interiors

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, growing team supporting the smooth running of the office and project administration based in Chelwood, just outside Bristol. AMH Interiors are commercial design and interior fit-out specialists. They boast an impressive portfolio of projects and love helping businesses maximise their potential. They are looking for an apprentice to join their friendly, supportive team and learn all aspects of business from a team of experts.
Responsibilities
You will play an essential role in the running of the office and will enjoy getting stuck in to a variety of tasks. This is a busy, interesting and varied role where every day can bring something new!
Working from the office 5 days a week, you will support the office and project administration, learning:
Producing documents in Word, Adobe and PowerPoint
Working with spreadsheets in Excel
Communicating with customers and suppliers
Dealing with queries
Issuing purchase orders
Preparing quotes
Ordering supplies
Answering the phone
Monitoring emails
General administration
Person specification
Previous admin experience would be an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good English and grammar
Great attention to detail
Confident telephone manner
A 'can-do' attitude
Taking initiative
IT literate
English language qualification
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
A driving licence is essential
Business Administrator Training
During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as project management, systems & processes, business structures and so much more.
You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Digital Marketer Level 3 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships are an Ofsted Outstanding rated training provider and hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021.
The programme is designed to mould you into a high-level, all-rounded business professional. You will learn in detail about business communication, organisation, managing change, problem-solving & much more.
These modules are designed to jump-start your career and make you stand out in an increasingly competitive field, boosting your future earning potential.
