Business Agility Coach

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Agility Coach to join our team as a hybrid contractor, located in Aberdeen with flexibility for some remote work. As a Business Agility Coach, you will work with our clients to embed agile and lean ways of working into their businesses, guiding them through the planning and implementation process. You will ensure that sustainable improvement is paramount, delivery is efficient and methods are effectively collaborative, and that the highest degree of rigour is maintained.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is preferred
• 5+ years of practical Business Agility coaching or consulting experience is preferred
• Proven experience in optimising Business Agility and associated tools and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban and DevOps
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for guiding teams and organisations through change
• A strong background in systems thinking and lean-agile methodology
• An Agile Coach certification (e.g. ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Coach) is preferred
• Experience and/or qualifications in project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP) and/or change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR) is preferred
• An excellent understanding of industry-specific challenges and processes, e.g. in the Renewables, Oil & Gas and Manufacturing sectors
