They take pride in doingthe right thing and keeping the future in mind when making investmentdecisions. They have over £50bn of assets under management and have over 15locations across the UK. The organisation is currently going through a veryhigh-profile acquisition and have ambitions to be the biggest Wealth Manager inthe UK.

Your new role

You will join the Front-office business change which is a close-knit team of Business Change Analysts and Change Managers. The team are responsible for ensuring successful delivery of projects and managing the transition into the business. They are expanding the team further due to increased demand in projects across the organisation. They are looking to recruit a Business Analyst to join the team.

The Business Analyst will be required to work on a variety of front-office focused inititiatives. These are likely to include projects focussed on Pricing analysis, performance data, client data and/ or revenue forecasting projects. There will be the need to work on any other front-office projects as and when they arise.

As a Business Analyst, you will be required to work with business stakeholders to gather the requirements of the business and understand the problems they are facing, you will use your strong Data Analysis skills to derive insights from large data-sets using Excel. The Business Data Analyst will be required to present this information back to senior level stakeholders in order to provide reporting and insights tothe business in order for them to understand how to make improvements to thespecific issues identified.
The Business Data Analyst will also be required to document specific requirements relating to any changes identified and work with key stakeholders across the business to deliver specific initiatives and improvements.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a strong background of working in a Business Analyst capacity, including experience of documenting business requirements for specific data-focussed initiatives. You will have strong experience of analysing large datasets using Excel and will have strong senior level stakeholder engagement skills. Ideally, you will have worked with front-office users previously and knowledge of Wealth management is highly desirable.
