Business Analyst (Junior/Mid level - Process Mapping)
Our client is an independently owned property services business with operations across the UK. The company is going through a significant growth period and undertaking a large Digital Transformation programme to improve existing technology capabilities and develop their Technology function. Currently seeking a junior to mid level Business Analyst to support a PM and another Business Analyst on Digitisation and Process Optimisation activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct business Process Mapping - As-is & To-be
- Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders
- Produce excellent process and requirements documentation
- Contribute to writing training material
Skills/experience required:
- 3-5 years Business Analyst experience is essential
- Highly proactive and driven with a positive / can do attitude
- Demonstrable core skills in requirements gathering, Process Mapping and stakeholder management
- Previous experience producing training material is useful
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum delivery techniques
