Business Analyst

Morgan McKinley are currently working with a Travel / Tourism business who are looking for a Business Analyst to join a fast-growing team. There is opportunity to get involved in lots of new projects and play a key involvement in digital transformation.

Location: Luton (Hybrid working)

Salary: £50,000 to £60,000

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing and creating documentations using various practices.
• Driving business decisions using critical thinking.
• Working with senior stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met.
• Supporting system go live readiness through process mapping.
• Supporting continuous improvement while positively promoting the BA function across the business.

The candidate:

• Using business analysis practices to support the delivery of change.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Someone with an interest in new technology who can add structure to business processes.
• Ability to prioritise deadlines.
• Working across different project methodologies while being able to adapt to different situations.
• Travel / Tourism experience (Desirable)
