Role Overview:
As the Business Analyst Team Lead, you'll report to the PMO Manager, playing a crucial role in overseeing a portfolio of over 25 live projects. Your responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of high-quality requirements and user stories within the firm. This role offers a dynamic blend of business analysis and Team Leadership, contributing to key business improvements and refresh projects.
What They’re Looking For:
- Extensive Business Analyst experience within IT project environments.
- Proficiency in using investigation tools for defining business problems/requirements.
- Expertise in industry-standard tools for documentation and change management.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and implementing process improvements.
- Business Analyst certification from a recognized organization (e.g., BCS, Chartered Institute of IT).
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
