Overview:

An exciting opportunity for a client-facing analyst to build a meaningful career in Consulting as part of a values-based, forward-thinking business, passionate about helping people with disabilities and accessibility needs have a great online experience.

This diverse and growing business works with organisations from multinationals to small charities to activate and embed digital accessibility into their organisation and products (such as websites and mobile apps), to support their business goals.  This includes strategic consulting, training, auditing and building maturity against the ISO 30071-1 standard for digital accessibility.

As a proven Business Analyst, with excellent communication skills, you will undertake a wide variety of duties, where no two days will be the same!

Your duties will include:

• Acting as a brand ambassador for the company, working collaborativelywith clients and team members, to support the delivery of digital accessibility programmes to achieve compliance with the relevant international standard (ISO 30071-1).
• Manage projects from start to finish, to track progress against deliverables and project discharge etc. in collaboration with our PMO, external and internal stakeholders.
• Working to gather relevant customer and competitor insight, data and other relevant information, to be used to inform project strategies; employing qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Interrogating this data with the senior consultant as input to shaping the project direction, including presenting findings in a clear and concise way to internal colleagues as well as the client
• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers through proactive account management; timely communications and updates, as well as two-way feedback to and from the internal team on project progress
•  Adapting quickly to any changes, offering positive solutions to challenges where necessary
• Project documentation and system management ensure regular, accurate updates as to progress, resource allocation and project status
• Supporting a culture of diversity, inclusion and continuous improvement

The successful candidate will:

• Have some experience working within a relevant organisation, such as a digital product agency, professional services, IT or fast-paced commercial business
• Understand the benefits of digital accessibility
• Be well educated, to graduate level or equivalent, within a related field (e.g. Computer Science & Business)
• Articulate themselves well, being well presented and engaging, with a track record of success in customer-facing roles
• Have a genuine interest in the digital world and be able to demonstrate this
• Proficient in MS office, and collaboration tools, including  Excel and PowerPoint to an advanced level, with strong analysis and reporting skills
• Be passionate about service delivery and customer service

• Understand how to manage projects, and have the organisational and communication skills in order to meet deadlines and targets
• Mobile: easily commutable to London/Kent for team meetings, site visits, client training or events etc.

You will be offered a generous salary of £27-33k dependent on skills and experience, and a holiday allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays. You will be working on a fully remote basis, but with the requirement to attend client visits, events and conferences on occasion - travel expenses are covered the moment you leave your front door.
