Business And Performance Analyst

My Client are urgently looking for a Business and Performance Analyst on a 6 month fixed-term contract. This role is designed for a strategic thinker with a keen eye for data analysis and business performance, ideally with a background/experience in finance focused projects. The role is fully on site, requiring 5 days per week in Basingstoke.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights.

- Business Performance Evaluation: Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

- Forecasting and Modeling: Support decision-making processes with accurate and timely data-driven insights.

- Budget/Finance: Analyse data to identify opportunities to increase income and growth.

Ideal skillset/experience:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Performance Analyst, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.

- Proficient in data visualization tools and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
