Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders from business, operations, and technology teams to analyse current workflows, and to develop net-new solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, business, and solution architects to design target state processes and user journeys enabled by a spectrum of AI capabilities.
- Document business requirements, epics, and user stories in alignment with the product vision and roadmap.
- Coordinate with business users to publish and sign off on the business requirements, manage and prioritize changes based on the business need.
- Create presentations, research reports to highlight the key insights to be presented to the stakeholders, allowing them to make informed decisions.
- Create and review test cases, and coordinate with business stakeholders, end users for user acceptance.
- Support throughout the development lifecycle from project inception to user acceptance and deployment. Partner with the business users to ensure the developed solutions are fully aligned with the business needs.
- Manage a portfolio of projects in terms of scope, timelines and ensuring that the functionality meets the business expectations.
The ideal candidate should have;
- Experience in P&C Products, Accident and Health Products or Personal Lines Products.
- Ideally previously worked as an Underwriter.
- Strong Insurance domain knowledge with other core insurance functions such as claims, marketing, distribution, legal and operations.
- Industry certifications such as ACII, FCII, CIP, CPCU preferred.
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science), Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline.
