A highly reputable financial services corporation is currently a Business Architect / BA Lead to oversee several large projects that will help shape our client's complex global environment. The chosen Business Architect will support the IT architecture of the business acting as an interface for Change Delivery / Change Management / Epics to the business. Our client is offering a basic salary of £65,000 to £75,000 to be based in Chatham or Wolverhampton 3 x PW on a hybrid basis (3 x PW).
The ideal candidate will have strong capabilities acting as a Senior BA / BA Lead with at least one year of experience in Business Architecture across digital / modernisation programs.

Core responsibilities:

• Provide coaching to members of the Architecture team
• Support the development of a robust business case ensuring suitable diligence is applied at every stage to build out a detailed and comprehensive view of benefits, risks, issues, costs, dependencies
• Support the pre-project and initiation process by producing Business Request Forms, High-Level Requirements, or epics and supporting the implementation of the project ensuring alignment to the design and approach
• Liaise with business contacts to gain an in-depth understanding of Business Architecture and outcomes; be confident to challenge preconceptions of design to ensure that design and scope are relevant and deliverable within given customer goals and timelines.
• Help the business structure requests for change, designs, and solutions that deliver value and business outcomes most efficiently.
• Monitor the progression of the delivery and raise appropriate challenges and risks where necessary. Drive innovative and effective decision-making and ideas to resolve challenges in delivery.

 Core skill requirements:

• 5 Years Previous Experience of working on multiple concurrent Small or Medium project requirements, delivering high quality and timely analysis services is Essential
• 5 Years of Previous Experience in providing positive and constructive reviews, feedback, and scope management is Essential
• 3 Years Previous Experience of Experience working closely with development test and business teams is Essential
• 3 Years Previous Experience of Working in a structured, flexible, project environment is Essential
• 3 Years of Previous Experience of the Full life cycle Change Management is Essential
• Detailed knowledge of Business Analysis or Business Architecture practices and methods is desirable
• Detailed knowledge of the Financial Services sector is desirable
