Business Case Consultant
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £50k - £65k pa + Benefits & Bonus
We are actively looking to help recruit a Business case Consultant with a strong background in delivering Business Cases using the HMT Green Book Five Case Model.
You will help in developing strategies for future delivery of services, supporting large technology procurements including evaluation strategies and evaluating bids.
Define and manage benefits, benefits measurement, and MI to track return on investment in business and financial terms.
To essentially provide the assurance that proposed technical solutions to business problems are fit for purpose.
Requirements:
* HMT Green Book Five Case Model.
* Feasibility studies and Business Case development.
* Business or systems analysis methods and tools, e.g.
BPMN, UML.
* Requirements capture and analysis.
* Agile and Lean standards, methodologies, and approaches, e.g.
Scrum, Kanban, GDS Service Manual.
* Programme and Project Management methods e.g.
MSP, PRINCE2, DSDM, Scaled Agile Framework.
* Public sector best practice guidance, e.g.
ITIL, OGC toolkit, Better Business Cases.
* Cost modelling and investment appraisal.
* Procurement and Contracting Strategies.
You will need to be able to pass stringent security clearance as SC clearance is a requirement.
