Overview
As a Business Centre Coordinator, you will spearhead the overall management of our cutting-edge work-spaces, ensuring a culture of excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction. Join us in making our mission a reality - to be the first choice for flexible serviced office space, business support, and meeting facilities.
Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong client relationships through effective account management.
  • Drive sales by tapping into diverse business opportunities for office space, virtual offices, co-working, and meeting rooms.
  • Showcase the spaces to potential clients through engaging centre tours.
  • Promote the Business Centre locally through strategic networking and generating referrals.
  • Proactively manage existing client needs, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Renew and expand client relationships, maximising revenue opportunities.
  • Lead the monthly billing and invoicing process with a keen eye on debt management.
  • Utilise CRM effectively for monitoring, analysing, and reporting on occupancy, debt, and renewals.

  • Proven track record in sales with strong negotiation skills.

  • Ability to up-sell and cross-sell effectively.
