- Work with a wide range of people across different services to help develop the cases for change initiatives.
- Undertake analysis activities to identify the best opportunities to improve services and deliver efficiencies (including process improvement and digitisation, technological development, organisational and cultural development)
- Understand and represent the customer’s interests, requirements and perspective throughout the project lifecycle
- Review the impact of initiatives, to assess the extent to which benefits have been realised
- Be part of a supportive and dedicated Team who work together with other services to make things happen
