Location: Northallerton based / day-to-day working location flexible dependent on activity/project needs

North Yorkshire Council is going through a significantperiod of change and transformation, working with District Councils, to deliver county-wide reorganisation and integration of services. We are looking for a Business Change Analyst who shares our passion and vision to make it a successful transition and will then continue to grow with us into the future. Within this role you will:
  • Work with a wide range of people across different services to help develop the cases for change initiatives.
  • Undertake analysis activities to identify the best opportunities to improve services and deliver efficiencies (including process improvement and digitisation, technological development, organisational and cultural development)
  • Understand and represent the customer’s interests, requirements and perspective throughout the project lifecycle
  • Review the impact of initiatives, to assess the extent to which benefits have been realised
  • Be part of a supportive and dedicated Team who work together with other services to make things happen
