Business Change Manager - (7348)

About the role: 

• As a Business Change Manager, you will be responsible for using your expertise to partner with business leads to plan and deliver a compelling change journey that will inspire and motivate affected parties to adopt long lasting, successful change.
• The postholder will work with project and programme teams to define and integrate the deliverables and milestones for the change plan into a wider project/ programme plan.
• You will act as the subject matter expert on effective change management methodologies and strategies, providing expert advice to individuals and teams as required.  

About you: 

The postholder should have: 

• An understanding and interest in how change impacts people and how change management can support positive outcomes. 
• Strong planning and organisational skills, including the ability to contribute to project plans through the identification of deliverables. 
• Demonstratable track record of successfully organising, managing and delivering complex change projects with positive outcomes.
