Business Change Manager - Active DV Clearance Required

Inside IR35 / £600-650pd / April Start / 12 Months / Travel to Manchester and London

SR2 is currently hiring for an award winning consultancy who have won a major programme with a highly-secure Government Client.

The scope is to manage the delivery a critical Business Change programme.

As the Business Change Manager you will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery across several business units whilst minimising disruption to it's key users. You will take lead in both the planning and execution of this programme so must have experience in this space.

An overview of key responsibilities can be found below:

• Active Developed Vetting (DV)
• Previous experience of Business Change capacity working across many business units/organisations.
• Experience of Implementing change and minimising disruption.
• Planning and communicating change experience.
• Experience of creating change/training artifacts.
• Managing processes and people change.
• Good Stakeholder management.
• Good communicator.

We are looking to start successful candidates on 1st April 2024. This will give us time to run onboarding activities and transfer clearances.
