iO Associates is working with a consultancy who needs a Change Manager to join them ASAP.
This role is working within the National Security space so you will need to hold eDV (Enhanced DV) for this position.
As well as the relevant clearances in place, an understanding or experience with pure Business or People Change (as opposed to purely Technology change) would ideal for this piece of work.
Role will include:
- Helping Seniors communicate strategic messages
- Ensuring Change Plans are adhered to
- Establishing and running a Business Change network
- Using web pages, blogs, video calls and roadshows to communicate key messages
We’re able to offer flexible working for this role with ideally 2-3 days per week spent with the programme team on site.
