We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Business Change Manager to join our Public Sector Client.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years Business Change experience and strong experience engaging with key stakeholders at a high level.
Please note: Successful Candidates must undergo DV security clearance prior to joining the role.
In this role you will:
- Develop a clear understanding of the case for change and benefits, and the realisation of these benefits.
- Participate in alignment of change activities across the business, including with those delivered by other business areas
- Undertake the development of Business Change strategies and Business Change planning (in conjunction with project owners) abiding the programme delivery plan.
- Work closely with Project and Programme Managers to develop process changes as required and implement lasting change within the business.
- Develop and deliver appropriate training.
- Cascade and support material to accompany changes.
- Develop appropriate skill levels and ensure Business Change is effectively embedded.
- Undertake thorough analysis and action of risks and issues.
- Establish the most appropriate mechanisms and methods to be used.
- Baseline, measure and lead the realisation of Business Change benefits.
- Manage effective change communication with customers at multiple levels of authority.
- Perform detailed stakeholder identification and analysis.
You will have Experience of:
- Introducing major business and process change (both cultural and technical) in a complex organisation
- Ensuring a clear understanding is maintained of the meaning of change from a stakeholder perspective
- Implementing stakeholder management
- Ensuring that appropriate stakeholders are engaged and consulted in a timely fashion.
- Managing Business Change documentation and reporting.
- Sourcing and providing best practice and industry standard examples of Business Change management and guidance as required.

- Able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills
- A good communicator and possess strong and listening skills
- Have the ability to deal with individuals at all levels within an organisation
