Elior UK are on an exciting 18-month journey to replace their HR on premise solution with a cloud- based Tier 1 provider and to modernise people management across the business. Elior is one of the UK's leading contract caterers, with over 10,000 colleagues across a diverse range of sectors and brands. We are looking for a highly skilled Business Change Process Analyst to support our HR transformation programme.

What you'll be doing...

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilites:

  • Support the development of HR process change
  • Work with HR leadership to analyse areas for process improvement
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines
  • Support HR process change communication
  • Support the programme Testing strategy
  • Analyse and document business processes (as-is and to-be) and workflows, ensuring alignment with industry best practices
  • Gather and document business requirements for the programme
  • RAID log maintenance to support project progress tracking
  • Analyse and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Performing gap analysis tasks
  • Supporting in incumbent system data reviews, consolidating the data and setting up the data in the new system
  • Documenting Test Scenarios and Test Cases
  • Undertaking user testing and capturing test evidence
  • Proactively advise the HRIS Programme Manager on related issues and risks
  • Support in managing defects

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Business Change management role or similar in significant programmes or projects, preferably gained within HR.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

What can you bring?

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Change
  • Experience with the implementation of HR technology systems, preferably Ceridian Dayforce
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and regulations.
  • Experience working with implementation partners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience of business analysis or Business Change management in relation to HR technology solutions in at least one of the following business sectors - Education, Healthcare, Catering and hospitality and Retail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
