They offer Business communications products and solutions to organisations of all sizes and industries. Role and Responsibilities
This role is desk based role, and will include developing net new business and managing existing accounts.
- Use the prospect list provided to generate new business leads via phone, email, linkedIn
- Follow Up with Marketing Qualified leads and aim to convert them
- Build relationships with prospective clients and convert them into customers by identifying opportunities to support them
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, handling internal communication within their team and external interactions with clients.
- Have regular touch points with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, address any queries and manage and support ongoing projects with an aim to cross/upsell an grow the account.
Person Specification:
- Minimum 1 year B2B Business Development or Account management experience
- Knowledge working in IT or telecoms industry is desired
- Self Motivated
- Passionate
- Hard working
