The Business Development Administrator role sits within the central services team, a close knit, hard working and friendly team that provides a robust support function to the business.
The BD team work on existing and new business proposals with clients with the ultimate aim of developing business for the company. As part of this, there is a small team that support the BD Director and a vacancy has arisen to work alongside another Administrator.
This role will see help put together, administer and proof read bids and tenders. You might be working on multiple bids and tenders at any one time and you will ensure deadlines are adhered to and submissions are on time. You will proof read documents and will be working heavily on Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
The role will also involve updating the company website and working on ways to improve the efficiency of the department, including updating spreadsheets and developing processes.
This role will suit a competent Administrator, who has good IT skills, attention to detail and if you have worked on bids and tenders, that would be an advantage.
