Position: Sales Executive (Growth Strategist)

Location: Rugby

Salary: £25,000-£30,000 - OTE: £40,000-£50,000 (uncapped)

About the Role:

As a Sales Executive (Growth Strategist) at Workchain, you will play a pivotal role in both the operational and sales aspects of our recruitment process. You will be required to utilise your previous sales experience to drive growth and expand our client base in the transport and industrial sectors. You will be able to identify and nurture good strong business to achieve maximum potential. You will develop and implement effective growth strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. You will be required to conduct cold calls to establish key information for potential clients, attend client meetings to understand their workforce needs and propose tailored solutions and confidently negotiate and close deals to drive business success. You will be an essential part of our dynamic team, contributing to the success and growth of our business.

Person Specification:

  • Previous sales experience is essential.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Confident negotiator with excellent communication skills.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are a must.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and driven individuals with a hunger for both career and financial success.
