Role Overview:
As a Junior Business Development Consultant, you'll play a vital role in driving our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, including the recruitment of apprentices. From engaging with potential clients to nurturing existing relationships, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts.
Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying new sales prospects in designated markets
- Generating leads and engaging with potential clients
- Building and managing relationships with clients
- Assisting in client meetings and presentations
- Providing ongoing support and ensuring client satisfaction
- Recruiting and onboarding apprentices
- Reporting on sales activities and market trends
- Building local networks and staying updated on industry developments
Skills and Qualifications:
