Up to £35,000 + Bonus + Company Car

Are you a driven individual who is highly commercial and has a passion for creating and maintaining long term relationships with accounts?

The Advocate Group are currently representing a premium, challenger brand in the Spirits sector. This is a great opportunity to make your mark and grow your career further! They are looking for a Business Development Executive to seek out new prospects to partner with across Independent retail, On trade and Out of home.

Responsibilities will include:

• Actively prospecting new accounts within high end farm shops, delis, independent shops, garden centres and independent On Trade accounts
• Grow distribution of products across the portfolio
• Developing and increasing brand awareness of products
• Maximise sales through educating customers on the company brand
• Participation in regional trade shows and events
• Providing support with activations and tastings
• Work in partnership with marketing and other functions

About You:

• Spirits sales experience is desirable
• FMCG experience is required
• Passionate and driven
• Strong communication and people skills
• Highly organised and good time management
• Commercial and financial skills (Excel)
• Great team player and culture add
