MDH Recruitment are looking for a New Business Development Executive working for our our client who is a worldwide industry leader who specialise in lifecycle management of IT equipment.
This role is has AMAZING earning potential with people in the existing team earning six figures and a base salary. 10% uncapped on all GP generated, no threshold.
As a New Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:
Sales and Business Development
- Identifying and developing your own pipeline of new business opportunities using own initiative and existing relationships.
- Collaborating with the existing sales team to achieve revenue targets
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understanding client needs and ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams.
Account Planning:
- Developing account plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Analyzing client data and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Addressing and resolving client issues promptly.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven background within new business sales development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
