Are you seeking a new and exciting challenge? Do you excel at generating new business, meeting targets, and building positive relationships? If so, we want to hear from you! We are currently looking for a National Apprenticeship Development Lead to drive the performance of our Apprenticeship team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Drive the performance of the Apprenticeship team by actively engaging with new and existing clients, fostering positive relationships, and significantly increasing apprenticeship starts on Government-funded training programs.
2. Sales and Target Achievement: Utilise your strong sales skills, including cold calling, to generate new business opportunities and achieve set targets.
3. Corporate Reputation Management: Promote and safeguard the good corporate reputation of the firm in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in generating new business and meeting targets.
- Comfortable with cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Government-funded training programs and apprenticeships.
Full-time
- Monday to Friday (No weekends)
Salary:From £30,000.00 - £35,000 per year + Commision
